Well, this is it.  I have moved MeadDesign.net off of Blogger and into Wordpress.  I lost a few images on old posts along the way, but on the whole the move has been pretty smooth.  I still love blogger. I think it is a fantastic tool for free.  However, I had been meaning to make the switch for a while. It is really part of a grander plan for me in terms of my web sites and what I want to do on the web.I am planning to consolidate my web sites somewhat. The truth is, I have more web sites than I have time to update and keep current.  They were each started with different ideas in mind, and with the thought of using different tools in order to learn about them.  I have learned a lot and I am applying what I have learned on web sites all the time now.  So I can probably afford to simplify my own web situation.

My portfolio site, which is at williammead.com is going to get rolled into this site. I am still looking for an acceptable gallery type pluggin for WordPress.  If you come across one that isn’t butt ugly, let me know!
